Ordering more than one item
Your items typically arrive in separate packages and on different days.
We use designers located in USA, China and Australia - so for those logistic reasons if you ordered more than one item these individual items will get carefully crafted and made for you then shipped from different locations at different times, so they will also be delivered to you on different days, in separate packages for this reason.
This also reduces shipping costs and the risk of any custom fees for our customers by sending small parcels through customs instead of one large bulky order.
Some packages therefore may arrive faster than others but you will receive all your items within the specified shipping times as promised and each item will come with order tracking so you can track their arrival to you.
We will also notify you by email and/or sms after each item has been shipped and is on it's way to you.
If you're buying a gift for someone
If you are ordering a gift for someone due by a specific date (e.g. birthday or anniversary) please allow the maximum shipping wait times listed above.
As we cannot guarantee your items will arrive before these times.

Changing or cancelling your order
You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order on our website, after this time no more changes can be accepted.
All items need to be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- All returns need to be sent to our head office in Victoria, Australia
- You have 30 days after you receive your item(s) to contact us to request a return
- We will then give you another extra 30 days after you've contacted us to ship the item back to us
- Exchanges (e.g. size): buyer pays the return shipping cost to send your return to us - however once we receive your return we will cover the shipping cost to ship you back out your new exchanged item for free
- Damaged items/Errors by us: We will ship you out a replacement item for free and refund you up to $14USD if you ship the item back to us to help cover your return shipping cost once we receive the return
*Please note that for "change of mind" purchases where an item is delivered to you in it's original condition (without damage or any errors on our part) but you don't want to exchange it for another size etc. and just changed your mind:
