A rose, in midnight black. Black roses don't occur in nature — the darkest real ones are a deep crimson that reads black in low light. That impossibility is exactly why they've come to stand for something rare, or something lost.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter the crafting process and no further changes can be made.
Return Outcomes:
- Defective Items / Our Error: Full refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: Exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Personalised Items: Exchange or store credit only. Refunds are issued specifically for items that are defective or if a production error occurred on our part.
