Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, no further changes can be made as orders are sent for processing.

• Change of Mind / Incorrect Size (Non-Personalised): Exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Personalised Items: Exchange or store credit only, unless faulty. Refunds are not guaranteed unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
