Is shipping free worldwide?
Yes — we offer complimentary tracked shipping worldwide. If a destination cannot be serviced, we’ll notify you within 72 business hours and issue a full refund.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do not offer express or expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using standard international tracked services. If you have a deadline, please order early to allow time for processing and delivery.
How long will my order take?
Processing Times:
- 3–7 business days for ready-to-ship items
- 3–14 business days for custom or made-to-order items

Will my gift arrive on time?
If your order is time-sensitive, please allow up to 35 business days for delivery within the USA and up to 65 business days for international delivery.
Where is my tracking info?
Tracking details are emailed within 3–7 business days of purchase. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow up to 14 business days. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.

How are orders shipped?
We use trusted couriers including USPS, Australia Post, FedEx, Yun Express, UniUni, Canada Post, DHL, ePacket, China Post, and EMS. Items are securely packaged in padded mailers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us with your order number.
After 12 hours, your order will have entered production and can no longer be altered or cancelled.
If you'd like to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.
What if my ring is the wrong size?
We strongly recommend using our Ring Size Chart or the Find My Ring Size tool before ordering.
If we sent the incorrect size by mistake, we’ll replace or refund your item.
If you received the size you ordered but it doesn’t fit, we do not offer cash refunds. We are happy to offer an exchange (if available) or store credit once the original item is returned in unused condition.
Return shipping to Victoria, Australia is required (approx. $22 USD from the USA).
I received the wrong engraving or birthstone — what now?
Please contact us so we can investigate. If we made the error, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund. If the mistake occurred during your order (e.g., typo), refunds are not available — but we’ll assist you with a resolution.
I only received part of my order — where's the rest?
We work with multiple jewellery design partners globally. Orders may be shipped separately, and you'll receive tracking information for each package.
How do I order a gift?
At checkout, use your own email to receive updates and enter the recipient’s shipping address. You may add a gift note during checkout — pricing and invoices will be excluded from the package.
What is Buyer Protection?
You’re protected if:
- Your item doesn’t arrive within the maximum delivery timeframe
- Your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described

Where are your items made?
We are based in Victoria, Australia, and partner with experienced jewellery studios in China, Australia, and the United States to design and produce our collections. Your items are shipped directly from these locations. The majority of our pieces are crafted to exceptional standards in China.
