Return & Cancellation Policy

At Just Promise Rings, transparency and your satisfaction are our top priorities. We offer a generous 180-day return and exchange policy on most items, including for both defective and non-defective products. This policy applies to customers worldwide, except for countries we do not currently ship to (India, Russia and South Korea).
Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing sales@justpromiserings.com with your order number.
- If your cancellation is confirmed before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
- If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our return policy outlined below.
180-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 180 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:
- Items must be in original, unworn, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
- All returns must be shipped to our return facility in Victoria, Australia.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@justpromiserings.com within 180 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with detailed return instructions and the correct return address in Victoria, Australia.
- Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Outcomes
- Defective Items / Our Error: You will receive a full refund or a free replacement. We cover return shipping (returns may not be required in all cases).
- Change of Mind / Incorrect Size (Non-Personalised Items): We offer exchanges or store credit. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Personalised Items: Exchanges or store credit only, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. Refunds for personalised items are not guaranteed unless faulty.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed in the original purchase currency (exchange rate differences may apply).
Shipping Information
Most of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners in Mainland China. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique ring designs. Regardless of origin, all returns are processed through our facility in Victoria, Australia.
Please note: We currently do not ship to India, Russia, or South Korea due to courier restrictions.
