How We Ship

Just Promise Rings is a brand owned and operated by an Australian-registered business based in Victoria, Australia. 

We work closely with experienced manufacturing and logistics partners based in Mainland China who fulfil and ship all customer orders. This direct fulfillment model enables us to offer a diverse collection of jewellery styles and serve customers in many countries efficiently.

We only list products that are currently available to ship from our fulfilment partners. Inventory is monitored regularly to ensure accuracy. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before your order is processed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or provide a full refund.

All returns are processed through our facility in Victoria, Australia.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer free international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to the following destinations due to courier restrictions:

  • India
  • Russia
  • South Korea

Carriers & Fulfilment

Orders are shipped from Mainland China using reliable logistics networks. Final delivery is handled by your country’s local postal carrier. This may include:

  • Australia Post
  • USPS
  • Royal Mail
  • Canada Post
  • UniUni
  • DHL, FedEx, or other regional carriers

Estimated Delivery Time

Handling time: 3 to 7 business days (orders are processed Monday to Thursday)
Transit time: 12 to 23 business days (delivery Monday to Friday)

Total estimated delivery window of approximately 15 to 30 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 AM AEST (Melbourne time) will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us at sales@justpromiserings.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • If your item does not arrive within 15 business days after the latest estimated delivery date (typically 30 business days from dispatch), please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number within 180 days of delivery.
  • We are unable to refund or replace items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, peak seasons, or postal disruptions — but we’re happy to assist you if issues arise.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. You’ll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment if applicable.

Gifts & Special Occasions

If you're ordering for a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion, we recommend allowing the full 15–30 business day delivery window, or longer during peak seasons and holidays.
