    You will see an estimated delivery range for your specific item(s) and country before purchasing when you enter in your shipping address during checkout. This is the easiest way to check your shipping times.

    TO: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States Of America (Mainland USA only: excluded are Alaska, Hawaii, American Islands/territories, Military APOs).

    4 to 5 weeks (28 to 35 days)

    BUYER PROTECTION

    Max transit delivery time: If you don't receive your package by 60 transit days after the date it was shipped we offer a full refund - if tracking status says delivered we do not refund these items.
    We cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses in Australia.

    6 to 8 weeks (45 to 60 days)

    TO: USA: Non-Mainland (Alaska, Hawaii, American Islands/Territories, Military APO Addresses) and rest of the world

    BUYER PROTECTION

    Max transit delivery time: If you don't receive your package by 90 transit days after the date it was shipped we offer a full refund - if tracking status says delivered we do not refund these items. 

    We currently do not deliver to Ascension Island, Egypt, Germany, India, Jordan, Mexico, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa (1 of 9 provinces), Tristan da Cunha, United Arab Emirates, Zimbabwe.

    • All our products are made in and shipped direct from our professional jewelry designer partners in China via ePacket, China Post, 4PX, Yun Express, Yanwen and USPS, Royal Mail, New Zealand Post, Canada Post, Australia Post and other international couriers.
    • We screen all our jewelry design partners and use only handpicked top jewelry makers with years of professional industry experience who carefully craft and create (some are delicately hand-made) exceptional quality high-end items to bring you only the very best and unique products. 
    • All orders come with a 180 day risk-free 100% money back quality guarantee. We're so confident you'll love the quality of our jewelry makers' designs that if you're not happy with the quality or the craftsmanship of your item you can return it to us for a full refund.

    Ordering More Than One Item

    *Your items typically arrive in separate packages and on different days

    We use jewelry designers located in different states and territories who ship your items direct from their locations - so for these logistical reasons if you ordered more than one item these individual items will get carefully crafted and made for you then may be shipped from different locations and at different times.

    This means that they will also be delivered to you on different days, in separate packages for this reason.

    This reduces shipping costs significantly for you making international shipping free as all orders are shipped direct and also reduces the risk of any custom fees for you by sending small parcels through customs instead of one large bulky order. 

    Some packages therefore may arrive faster than others but you will receive all your items within the specified shipping times as promised and each item will come with order tracking so you will be able to track every item you ordered separately (if required).

    We will also notify you by email and/or sms after each item has been shipped and is on it's way to you. Please check junk and mail folders if you don't see these emails from us.


    If You're Buying A Gift For Someone

    If you are ordering a gift for someone due by a specific date (e.g. birthday, Christmas or anniversary etc) please allow the maximum shipping wait times listed above.
    ZONE 1: 60 transit days (~8 weeks)
    ZONE 2: 90 transit days (~12 weeks)
    As we cannot guarantee your items will arrive before these times.
