We invest significant time and effort in carefully selecting only high-quality designers and reliable production partners, primarily based in Mainland China, who share our dedication to craftsmanship.
This rigorous supplier selection process ensures that each piece in our collection meets our standards for design and durability. By partnering directly with these partners, we can offer a wider variety of unique styles without the overhead of local warehousing, ultimately benefiting you with a beautiful selection and efficient global shipping options through our trusted logistics partners.
Our small, dedicated team is here to answer your questions and support you every step of the way. We understand the emotional significance of your purchase, and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with it. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it better — including offering exchanges or store credit on many items, even personalized ones. All returns are processed efficiently through our facility in Victoria, Australia.
