Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, no modifications can be made as your order has been sent to production.
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned in their original condition and sent to our head office in Victoria, Australia.
You have 180 days from the delivery date to request a return.
For exchanges (e.g., size), buyers cover return shipping costs; we’ll cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
Damaged Items or Errors
