We offer a 180-day return and exchange policy on most items, including for change of mind, sizing issues, and defects.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, no further changes can be made as orders are sent for processing.

• Change of Mind / Incorrect Size (Non-Personalised): Exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
